I know what it's like to go home exhausted, wondering how you're supposed to fit everything into the day. Too many student needs, too many standards, too little time, and a constant stream of opinions about what good literacy instruction should look like.

After more than two decades in education, both in the classroom and as a literacy coach, I've learned that it doesn't have to be so complicated. There are ways to streamline the work, focus on research-based practices that make a difference, and make time for the things that matter most.

My goal is simple: help educators regain their confidence, make the most of their time, and feel good about the work they're doing.
